Daughter you are the sweetest
The most delicate of them all ..
You know much more of paradise
Then an angel can recall.

You are not only wonderful
But thoughtful and so sweet ..
Kind and compassionate
With everyone you meet.

Your love is like the span of life
Like flowers in the spring ..
Rippling flow of liquid light
You make a sad heart sing.

I want to say thank you
Sending hugs and kisses too ..
May your day be full of sunshine
Daughter dear I do love you.

The moment I knew about you
Formed a bond that will never break ..
This tiny life I have inside
From me no-one could take.

My joy increased, I felt you grow
As weeks went quickly by ..
Then one blessed day, I felt you move
‘A tiny butterfly’

It made me laugh, it made me cry.
I’m unable to explain ..
I’ve never known such happiness
I did not foresee the pain.

At the moment of birth, I held you close
I looked into those eyes ..
I saw myself, I saw your soul
A bond that never dies.

The years went by so quickly
From when I held you at my breast ..
To watch you grow to a beautiful woman
And finally leave the nest.

You made me proud of who you are
And all that you have done ..
You often reached beyond the stars
To find your goals and won.

You left this life so quickly
And I am left to mourn ..
Yet precious memories fill my heart
Since the day that you were born.

This bond that even death can’t break
Will keep you here close by ..
But I feel such pain and miss you

Tear drops run
down our face ..
While our loved one
takes her place.

In the land
of dreams and faith ..
She waits for the day
when life will wake.

The sun will rise and
the clouds will clear ..
Her smile we show
she is near.

We’ll feel her strength
when a new day is here ..
And her heart when
it’s too hard to bare.

My angel is one
with the bluest eyes ..
The honest voice
and generous spirit.

Her love is there
whenever we need it ..
All we have to do
is believe it.

She may be gone
but that doesn’t change ..
The way she makes
us feel everyday.

When the wind blows
by and the trees shake ..
We hear every
word she makes.

No matter where we go
She will be there ..
Always willing
to show she cares.

She’s sitting on
her cloud above ..
Watching all of
those she loves.
