Too often we don't realize

that we've waited to long.

to say the things we needed

Like,"I'm sorry, I was wrong.

To often we hurt the

ones closest to our heart.

And allow the foolish things

To tear our lives apart.

Far too many times we let

bad things into our minds

by then it's usually too late

To see what made us blind.

Be sure you let people know

How much they mean to you

Take that time to say the words

Before your time is through.

Be sure that you appreciate

My Friend Is Just Like Me

If you're feeling very old,

Wrinkle lines are quite bold,

Just remember, I have them too,

Growing old along with you.

When arms and bum begin to sag,

and you're feeling like an old bag,

Just remember, mine is drooping too.

and there's just nothing we can do.

With each other, we can complain,

About all our aging aches and pains,

And I'm so glad that you're my friend

We can sag and droop right till the end.
